Where to View

Your Zero Trust Risk Score appears throughout the TripleCyber ecosystem. Here's where to find your own score and how to view others' scores.

Viewing Your Own ZTRS

In TripleEnable

Home Screen:

• Your ZTRS appears prominently on the home screen

• Displayed as a score bar showing your current rating

• Color-coded: Red (Poor) → Yellow (Fair) → Green (Good) → Blue (Excellent)

Detailed Breakdown:

1. From Home, tap your ZTRS score

2. View the Score Details screen

3. See breakdown of all contributing factors:

• Zone contribution

• Account age

• Verified assets

• Contact network

• AI validations (Secure Zone)

• Any warnings or issues

Profile Section:

1. Tap your profile picture or avatar

2. Your ZTRS displays below your name

3. Zone badge shows (Anonymous/Verified/Secure)

In Tr3sPass

Settings Menu:

1. Open Tr3sPass

2. Go to Settings (gear icon)

3. Find the ZTRS section

4. Tap to view your full score details

Chat Header:

• Your ZTRS and zone badge appear in your chat profile

• Others see this when they view your info

In TripleValidate

Profile Badge:

• Your ZTRS appears when you validate others

• Shows in validation receipts you send

• Displayed in your validation history

Viewing Others' ZTRS

In Tr3sPass Contacts

Contact List:

• Each contact shows their ZTRS score

• Zone badge displays next to their name

• Color-coded for quick assessment

Contact Profile:

1. Tap on any contact

2. View their profile card

3. See their ZTRS score prominently

4. Zone level (Anonymous/Verified/Secure) displayed

5. Member since date (account age indicator)

Chat View:

• Contact's ZTRS visible in chat header

• Tap for full profile view

In TripleValidate Results

Validation Results Card:

When you validate someone, results show:

• Their ZTRS score (if they're in the ecosystem)

• Zone level

• Verification status for the asset checked

• Time since last validation

Unregistered Users:

• If someone isn't in TripleCyber, they have no ZTRS

• Results show "Not in TripleCyber ecosystem"

• This itself is valuable information

In Validation Requests

Incoming Requests:

• Person requesting validation shows their ZTRS

• Helps you decide whether to respond

• Low ZTRS + strange request = be cautious

Request History:

• Historical requests show requester's ZTRS at time of request

• Can compare to current score if changed

Understanding ZTRS Display

Score Display Formats

Numerical:

• Full score: "ZTRS: 847"

• Used in detailed views and profiles

Rating:

• Category label: "Excellent"

• Used for quick visual assessment

Visual:

• Score bar or gauge

• Color gradient showing level

• Used on home screens and cards

Interpreting What You See

Your Own Score

Score increasing?

• Your verification efforts are working

• Account is maturing

• Keep building assets and connections

Score decreasing?

• Check for warnings in Score Details

• Look for removed assets or issues

• Address any security concerns

Score stuck?

• You may have hit your zone's ceiling

• Consider upgrading zone for higher potential

• Or wait for account age to contribute more

Others' Scores

High score (750+):

• Strong identity verification

• Established in ecosystem

• Higher confidence in legitimacy

Medium score (500-749):

• Solid verification

• May be newer or Verified Zone

• Generally trustworthy

Low score (250-499):

• Newer account or less verification

• Not necessarily suspicious

• Be more cautious with sensitive matters

Notifications About ZTRS

Score Change Notifications

You'll be notified when:

• Your score changes significantly (±50 points)

• You reach a new rating tier

• An issue affects your score

• Your score reaches a milestone (500, 750, 1000)

Contact Score Alerts

Optional alerts for:

• Contact's score drops significantly

• Contact upgrades/downgrades zone

• Contact you're communicating with has low score

To enable:

1. Go to Settings → Notifications

2. Enable "ZTRS Alerts"

3. Choose sensitivity level

Privacy Controls

Who Sees Your ZTRS

Your ZTRS is visible to:

• Anyone you communicate with in Tr3sPass

• Anyone who validates you in TripleValidate

• Your contacts in the ecosystem

What You Can Control

You cannot hide your ZTRS - it's a core trust feature. However:

• You can control who can contact you

• You can block users from seeing your profile

• Blocked users cannot validate you

Note: Hiding your ZTRS would defeat its purpose. Transparency is what makes the trust system work.

Troubleshooting

Can't see my ZTRS:

• Ensure you're logged in

• Check app is updated to latest version

• Try logging out and back in

• Contact support if issue persists

Score not updating:

• Changes can take a few minutes to reflect

• Pull down to refresh on mobile

• Check if the action completed (asset added, etc.)

Contact's score not showing:

• They may not be in TripleCyber ecosystem

• Check your connection/internet

• They may have blocked you

Score seems wrong:

• View Score Details for breakdown

• Check for warnings or issues

• Contact support if discrepancy seems incorrect
