TripleEnable App Navigation

Bottom Navigation Menu

The TripleEnable app uses a bottom navigation bar for quick access to key features:

Navigation Tips:

  • Tap any icon to instantly switch to that section

  • Current section is highlighted

  • Badge notifications appear on icons when action needed

Home Screen

What's on Your Home Screen

ZTRS Score Display:

  • Large score bar showing your current rating (0-1000)

  • Color-coded indicator (red/yellow/green)

  • Tap to view detailed score breakdown

Validation Requests:

  • Pending requests requiring your response

  • Count badge showing number of unread requests

  • Quick actions: Approve/Decline directly from home

Account Summary:

  • Current zone (Anonymous/Verified/Secure)

  • Number of linked assets

  • Account status and verification level

Quick Actions:

  • Add new asset

  • View email inbox

  • Switch zones

  • Access settings

Using the Home Screen Effectively

Daily Check-In:

  1. Open TripleEnable

  2. Check ZTRS score trends

  3. Review validation requests

  4. Check for notifications

Assets Screen

What You Can Do

View All Assets:

  • See complete list of linked digital identifiers

  • Check verification status for each

  • View which zone each asset belongs to

Add New Assets:

  1. Tap + Add Asset button

  2. Select asset type

  3. Enter details

  4. Complete verification

Manage Existing Assets:

  • Tap any asset to view details

  • Update information if needed

  • Remove assets you no longer use

  • Re-verify if verification expires

Asset Organization:

  • Assets grouped by type (Email, Phone, Social)

  • Verification status badges

  • Last verified timestamp

Settings Menu

The Settings screen is your control center for customizing TripleEnable.

Account Settings

Profile Information:

  • View your username

  • See account creation date

  • Check current zone

  • View account ID

Change Password:

  1. Go to Settings → Account

  2. Tap "Change Password"

  3. Enter current password

  4. Enter new password (twice)

  5. Confirm change

Account Recovery:

  • Set up recovery email (optional)

  • Configure security questions

  • Set up backup authentication method

Backup Key (Critical)

What is the Backup Key?

Your backup key is a unique recovery code that allows you to restore your account if you:

  • Lose your device

  • Forget your password

  • Need to migrate to new device

How to Save Your Backup Key:

  1. Go to Settings → Backup Key

  2. Tap "View Backup Key"

  3. Write it down on paper (most secure)

  4. Or save to secure password manager

  5. Never screenshot or email it

Backup Key Best Practices:

DO:

  • Write it down on paper and store securely

  • Keep multiple copies in different secure locations

  • Store in a password manager with strong encryption

  • Test your backup key periodically

DON'T:

  • Take a screenshot (can be stolen)

  • Email it to yourself (email can be compromised)

  • Store in cloud without encryption

  • Share it with anyone

  • Store it on your device

Important: Without your backup key, there is NO way to recover your account if you lose access. TripleCyber cannot reset your account for you.

Language Settings

Change App Language:

  1. Go to Settings → Language

  2. Select from available languages:

  • English

  • Spanish (Español)

  • French (Français)

  • Portuguese (Português)

  1. Language changes immediately

Note: Changing the app language does NOT change your device language. TripleEnable operates independently.

Privacy Settings

Control Your Visibility:

Privacy settings determine who can find you and see your information in TripleValidate and Tr3sPass.

Visibility Options:

Everyone (Public):

  • Anyone can search for you in TripleValidate

  • Your assets appear in searches

  • Maximum discoverability

  • Best for business/professional use

Only My Contacts:

  • Only people you've added can validate you

  • Not searchable by strangers

  • Balance of privacy and verification

  • Good for personal use

Nobody (Private):

  • Cannot be found in searches

  • Validation requests disabled

  • Maximum privacy

  • Note: Limits ecosystem benefits

What Privacy Settings Control:

  • Name visibility

  • ZTRS score visibility

  • Asset searchability in TripleValidate

  • Profile discoverability in Tr3sPass

Important: Privacy settings sync across TripleEnable, Tr3sPass, and TripleValidate. Changes apply everywhere.

Notification Settings

Customize Your Alerts:

Push Notifications:

  • Validation requests

  • New email messages

  • ZTRS score changes

  • Security alerts

  • System updates

Email Notifications:

  • Weekly ZTRS reports

  • Security updates

  • Feature announcements

Notification Preferences:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications

  2. Toggle each notification type on/off

  3. Set quiet hours (optional)

  4. Choose notification sound

Security Settings

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  • Enabled by default in Verified and Secure zones

  • Cannot be disabled (required for security)

  • Manage backup codes

Biometric Authentication:

  • Enable Face ID (iOS)

  • Enable Touch ID (iOS)

  • Enable Fingerprint (Android)

  • Adds extra layer for app access

Login History:

  • View recent login attempts

  • Check device types and locations

  • Identify unauthorized access

  • Report suspicious activity

Active Sessions:

  • See all devices with active sessions

  • Remotely log out of other devices

  • Manage trusted devices

Zone Switching

The Green Zone Switcher Button:

Located in the bottom navigation, the green button lets you switch between your different zone accounts.

How to Switch Zones:

  1. Tap the green button (usually bottom-center or bottom-right)

  2. See list of your available zones:

  • Anonymous (if you have one)

  • Verified (if you have one)

  • Secure (if you have one)

  1. Tap the zone you want to switch to

  2. Enter password for that zone

  3. You're now in the selected zone

Important Zone Switching Notes:

  • Each zone is a separate account with separate login

  • Assets don't transfer between zones

  • ZTRS scores are independent per zone

  • Email inboxes are separate

  • You can have accounts in all three zones simultaneously

Use Cases for Multiple Zones:

Anonymous + Verified:

  • Anonymous for privacy-critical activities

  • Verified for normal daily use

Verified + Secure:

  • Verified for personal communications

  • Secure for business/financial transactions

All Three:

  • Anonymous for complete privacy

  • Verified for social/casual use

  • Secure for high-trust requirements

Advanced Settings

Data & Storage

Cache Management:

  • Clear app cache to free space

  • Reset download cache

  • Manage offline data

Data Usage:

  • View data consumption statistics

  • Enable data saver mode

  • Restrict background data (if needed)

Storage:

  • View app storage usage

  • Manage downloaded files

  • Clear temporary files

Connected Apps

View Ecosystem Connections:

  • Tr3sPass messaging

  • TripleValidate verification

  • Triple OAuth applications

  • Third-party integrations

Manage Permissions:

  • Revoke app access

  • Update permissions

  • View data sharing settings

Quick Actions

From Home Screen:

  • Long-press ZTRS bar → Full breakdown

  • Swipe left on validation → Quick decline

  • Swipe right on validation → Quick approve

From Assets Screen:

  • Pull down to refresh

  • Long-press asset → Quick actions menu

From Anywhere:

  • Shake device → Report bug (if enabled)

  • Double-tap status bar → Scroll to top

Customization Options

Display Preferences

Theme:

  • Light mode

  • Dark mode

  • Auto (follows system)

Text Size:

  • Small

  • Medium (default)

  • Large

  • Extra Large

Accessibility:

  • High contrast mode

  • Reduce motion

  • Screen reader optimization

Account Management

Upgrading Your Zone

From Anonymous to Verified:

  1. Settings → Account → Upgrade Zone

  2. Add phone number + email

  3. Complete 2FA verification

  4. Upgraded!

From Verified to Secure:

  1. Settings → Account → Upgrade to Secure

  2. Review premium features

  3. Complete payment (if required)

  4. Scan government ID

  5. Complete face recognition

  6. Upgraded to Secure!

Downgrading Your Zone

Note: You cannot downgrade zones. Instead:

  • Create a new account in the lower zone

  • Keep both accounts active

  • Use zone switcher to move between them

Deleting Your Account

Permanent Account Deletion:

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account

  2. Review what will be deleted

  3. Enter password to confirm

  4. Tap "Delete Permanently"

  5. Account deleted after 30-day grace period

What Gets Deleted:

  • All personal data

  • All assets

  • Email inbox

  • Validation history

  • ZTRS score

Cannot Be Recovered: Account deletion is permanent after grace period.

Troubleshooting Navigation Issues

Bottom Menu Not Responding:

  • Force close app and reopen

  • Check for app updates

  • Restart device

Settings Won't Save:

  • Check internet connection

  • Verify you have latest app version

  • Try logging out and back in

Can't Switch Zones:

  • Verify you have accounts in multiple zones

  • Check password for target zone

  • Ensure you're logged into current zone

App Feels Slow:

  • Clear cache in Settings → Data & Storage

  • Close other apps

  • Check device storage

  • Update to latest version
