Using Your Validation History

Review Patterns

Identify Repeat Requesters:

  • Who do you validate most often?

  • Are you validating the same person multiple times?

  • Could indicate:

  • Frequent business contact

  • Trust issues

  • Potential security concern

Track Response Rates:

  • How many requests get approved vs declined?

  • How quickly do people respond?

  • Which contacts are most responsive?

Spot Security Trends:

  • Multiple declined validations = potential fraud pattern

  • Expired requests = poor TripleEnable adoption

  • High approval rate = trustworthy network

Audit Trail for Business

Compliance Documentation:

  • Proof of identity verification performed

  • Timestamps for regulatory requirements

  • Evidence of due diligence

  • Audit trail for financial transactions

Export History:

  1. Go to History

  2. Tap menu (three dots)

Investigate Fraud Attempts

Review Declined Validations:

  • Check all declined requests

  • Look for patterns

  • Identify common fraud tactics

  • Report to authorities if needed

Example Investigation:

You notice 3 declined validations in one week:

  1. All claimed to be from "CEO"

  2. All requested wire transfers

  3. All used similar language

  4. Pattern identified = targeted attack
