The Verified Zone is the middle tier in TripleCyber's three-zone security model. It provides elevated trust through multi-factor authentication while maintaining a balance between security and convenience.

Creating a Verified Zone account requires two-factor authentication:

Step 1: Basic Information

1. Check your inbox for the OTP code

2. Enter the 6-digit code in the app

3. Code expires in 10 minutes

2. Enter the 6-digit code in the app

Step 4: Account Active

Once both verifications complete, your Verified Zone account is ready.

Verified Zone accounts have certain restrictions compared to Secure Zone:

• Maximum score capped at 750

• Cannot reach the perfect 1000 score

• No AI engine validations

2. Select "Upgrade Zone"

4. Complete government ID verification

Downgrading to Anonymous Zone

You can downgrade to Anonymous Zone, but:

Warning: Downgrading removes all verified assets and resets your ZTRS score. This action cannot be undone.

What happens when you downgrade:

• All added assets are removed

• ZTRS score resets

• You lose 2FA protection

• Your account becomes anonymous

• Previous verification cannot be recovered

Q: Is Verified Zone really free?

A: Yes. Verified Zone is completely free. You only pay if you upgrade to Secure Zone.

Q: Can I have both Verified and Anonymous accounts?

A: Yes! You can maintain separate accounts in different zones for different purposes.

Q: Why can't I reach 1000 ZTRS in Verified Zone?

A: The maximum score of 1000 requires government ID verification, which is only available in Secure Zone. This ensures the highest trust ratings are reserved for fully verified identities.

Q: What if I lose access to my email or phone?

A: Use your backup key to recover your account. If you don't have your backup key, contact support for assisted recovery.

Q: Can I change my verified email or phone later?

A: Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Update Contact Info. You'll need to verify the new information with OTP codes.

Q: Why would someone choose Verified over Secure Zone?
