What's Changing
We're updating how Anonymous Zone accounts work to better align with their intended purpose: maximum privacy through temporary sessions.
Starting in the coming weeks, Anonymous Zone accounts will become non-persistent. This means:
- Anonymous sessions will be temporary, similar to incognito or private browsing
- Data stored in Anonymous accounts will be automatically removed after a short retention period (up to 30 days)
- Anonymous accounts are designed for short-term privacy-focused use, not long-term data storage
Why This Change
The Anonymous Zone was always designed to provide maximum privacy. To truly deliver on that promise, we're making Anonymous sessions temporary by default.
Think of it like incognito mode in your browser:
- Perfect for private, temporary sessions
- Great for exploring without leaving a trace
- Not intended for storing important data long-term
Verified and Secure Zones remain your home for persistent data:
- Your messages, settings, and history are stored securely
- Full access to all TripleCyber features
- Build your Zero Trust Risk Score (ZTRS) over time
What You Need to Do
If you currently have an Anonymous Zone account with data you want to keep, you should upgrade to a Verified or Secure account before the change takes effect.
How to Upgrade
- Open TripleEnable or Tr3sPass
- Go to Settings > Account
- Select "Upgrade Zone"
- Choose Verified Zone (free) or Secure Zone (premium)
- Complete the verification steps
- Your account will be upgraded and your data preserved
