Profile Customization

To edit your profile:

  1. Go to You → Edit profile
  2. Tap your profile photo to change it (take a photo or choose from gallery)
  3. Tap your name to edit it
  4. Tap the status field to set a custom status message

Your profile is zone-specific — you can have different names, photos, and statuses for each zone.

Zone Management

To view your zone accounts:

  1. Go to You → Account

From here you can:

  • See which zones you have accounts in (Anonymous, Verified, Secure)
  • Create a new zone account if you haven't set one up yet
  • View verification status for each zone
  • See your ZTRS score per zone

Linked Devices

Tr3sPass can be used on multiple devices simultaneously.

To manage linked devices:

  1. Go to You → Account → Linked Devices
  2. View all devices currently connected
  3. Tap a device to see its last active time
  4. Swipe left or tap Remove to unlink a device

For security, relinking a removed device requires re-authentication.

Backup & Recovery

Your backup recovery phrase is the only way to recover your account. There are no security questions or email-based recovery options — this is by design for maximum security.

To view your backup recovery phrase:

  1. Go to You → Backup recovery phrase
  2. Authenticate with your PIN or biometrics
  3. Write down or securely store the key

Warning: If you lose your backup recovery phrase and password, your account cannot be recovered. Store your backup recovery phrase in a password manager or secure physical location.

Tips

  • Settings are zone-specific — Privacy, profile, and notification settings are configured independently per zone
  • Use Dark mode — Ideal for extended use, especially in low-light environments
  • Review Storage periodically — Media files from conversations can accumulate over time
  • Keep Notifications enabled — Ensure you never miss important messages or calls
