What Are Assets?

Assets are digital identifiers you link to your TripleEnable account to:

  • Prove ownership of your digital properties
  • Build your ZTRS score through verified connections
  • Enable validation through TripleValidate
  • Add protection layers using blockchain technology and Zero Trust architecture

Asset Types by Zone

The assets you can add depend on which security zone you're in:

Asset TypeAnonymousVerifiedSecure

Email❌✅✅ Phone❌✅✅ LinkedIn❌❌✅ Instagram❌❌✅ Other Social Media❌❌✅ Domains❌Coming Soon✅ Events❌Coming SoonComing Soon

Why Different Zones Have Different Assets

Anonymous Zone:

  • Cannot add assets by design - adding personal identifiers would compromise your anonymity
  • Auto-generated email is your only identifier

Verified Zone:

  • Can add basic assets (email, phone) that were used for 2FA verification
  • Additional assets coming soon (domains, events)

Secure Zone:

  • Full access to all current and future asset types
  • Premium tier for maximum verification capabilities
  • Required for social media integration

How to Add an Asset

Follow these steps to add a new asset to your TripleEnable account:

  1. Open TripleEnable on your device
  2. Tap "Assets" in the bottom navigation menu
  3. Tap "Add Asset" (usually a + icon)
  4. Select asset type from the available options:
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Social Media (Secure Zone only)
  • Domains (Coming Soon)
  1. Enter asset details
  • For email: Enter your email address
  • For phone: Enter your phone number with country code
  • For social: Connect through OAuth authentication
  1. Complete verification
  • Email: Check inbox for verification code, enter code
  • Phone: Check SMS for verification code, enter code
  • Social: Complete OAuth login flow
  1. Asset is now linked and verified!
  • You'll see it in your Assets list
  • It now contributes to your ZTRS score
  • It can be validated through TripleValidate

Managing Your Assets

Viewing Your Assets

  • Open TripleEnable
  • Tap "Assets" in bottom menu
  • See complete list of all linked assets
  • View verification status for each

Removing an Asset

  1. Go to Assets page
  2. Tap on the asset you want to remove
  3. Select "Remove Asset" or "Unlink"
  4. Confirm deletion

Note: Removing an asset will:

  • Lower your ZTRS score
  • Remove it from TripleValidate searches
  • Disable protection for that asset

Verifying Asset Status

Each asset shows:

  • Verified - Successfully linked and confirmed
  • Pending - Awaiting verification code entry
  • Failed - Verification unsuccessful, try again

Why Add Assets?

1. Increase Your ZTRS Score

Each verified asset adds points to your Zero Trust Risk Score. More assets = higher trust rating = more credibility in the ecosystem.

2. Enable TripleValidate Searches

Assets you add can be found and validated by others using TripleValidate, proving authenticity and preventing impersonation.

3. Blockchain + Zero Trust Protection

When you TripleEnable an asset:

  • It's recorded on the blockchain for immutability
  • Zero Trust verification applies to all access
  • Additional security layer protects against compromise

4. Cross-Platform Identity

Your assets work across all TripleCyber products:

  • Tr3sPass messaging
  • TripleValidate verification
  • Triple OAuth authentication
  • Future products in the ecosystem

Best Practices

Start with Core Assets

Begin by adding:

  1. Primary email address
  2. Primary phone number
  3. Work email (if applicable)

Add Social Media (Secure Zone)

Once in Secure Zone, connect:

  • LinkedIn (professional identity)
  • Instagram (personal brand)
  • Other platforms you actively use

Keep Assets Current

  • Update phone numbers when changed
  • Remove old email addresses
  • Unlink unused social media accounts

Monitor Asset Security

  • Check for unauthorized access attempts
  • Review validation requests regularly
  • Update assets if compromised

Privacy Considerations

Who Can See Your Assets?

  • Assets are visible in TripleValidate searches (unless privacy settings restrict)
  • Anonymous Zone users: Cannot be found in searches by design
  • Privacy settings in Tr3sPass sync with TripleValidate

Controlling Asset Visibility:

  1. Go to Settings in TripleEnable or Tr3sPass
  2. Select Privacy Settings
  3. Choose who can see your information:
  • Everyone
  • Only my contacts
  • Nobody

Important: If you set privacy to "Only my contacts" or "Nobody", your assets won't appear in TripleValidate searches.

Troubleshooting

Asset Verification Code Not Received:

  • Check spam/junk folder for email codes
  • Verify phone number has correct country code
  • Wait 60 seconds before requesting new code
  • Check that email/phone is not already linked to another account

Cannot Add Asset:

  • Confirm you're in the correct zone (Verified or Secure)
  • Check internet connection
  • Ensure asset isn't already linked
  • Try logging out and back in

Asset Shows as Unverified:

  • Re-enter verification code
  • Remove and re-add the asset
  • Contact support if issue persists
